New User Setup

This is the prototype for the new user setup. The idea behind this is to minimize the click throughs to new form screens. The replacement of the multiple new screens is done by swapping out the old fields with new fields in its place. This way, the user's main action is to fill out the form with an intuitive and clean user experience.
